How to Apply (Admission) - Local Students

Local students (Sri Lankan nationals) seeking admission to our programmes are advised to visit UCL located at No. 503, Sri Jayewardenepura Mawatha, Sri Jayewardenepura (Opposite Rajagiriya Damro showroom, next to KFC) to enroll in your desired UCLan degree programme. During October/ February intakes you are advised to visit after making an appointment by contacting your student counselor via the hotline number 0774 110 000 to avoid unnecessary delays. However, in the event you are unable to visit you can receive, and revert the student application along with scanned copies of all required documents outlined below, via email.

Required documents for registration

  • Completed application

  • Relevant educational certificates (Originals/ certified copies)

  • Copy of NIC/ passport (for international student’s passport must be valid for the duration of the programme you are studying)

  • Two (2) passport size photographs

  • Evidence of extracurricular activities (students applying for scholarships only)

How to Apply (Admission) - International Students

International Students (Including resident foreign nationals) are advised to contact our admissions office via admissions@ucl.lk who will assist you during the registration process. Upon successful receipt of your application with the necessary documents (as listed below), if required you will be interviewed via Skype. Once your application is accepted you will be issued a “Conditional Offer Letter” to process your visa application.

VISA Application for International Students

Once you accept the offer to study at UCL, you are required to pay;

1. Registration Fee

2. Tuition Fee (50%)
